Lakshmi Narasimhan (LN as everyone calls him) & I started as peer coaches almost 3 years ago and he has been coaching me ever since then. Put simply, I have continued to have him as my coach for so long because I definitely see value in his coaching. More recently, he has coached me with regard to building my consulting practice as well.
