What is the process?

In these sessions, the candidate typically has 1:1 conversations with a coach that can last between one session (1 hour) to three sessions(3 hours). The idea of these discussions is to improve the confidence level of the candidates by discovering more about themselves and their accomplishments that they can confidently speak in interviews.

What approach does the coach follow during these conversations?

During the 1:1 discussion, the coach asks thought-provoking questions that can help the individual go deep inside themselves to identify their strengths and associated stories that can make the individual more confident.

What are the benefits?

The candidate is expected to walk out of the discussions with much more confidence in themselves to face interviews and the outside world in general. They can also get a preview of some of the types of questions asked in an interview along with feedback on their resumes.
